We feel that you have the right to be treated honestly, fairly and with the respect you deserve as a business owner who has taken on responsibilities and pressures that most people can never understand.

At Repeat Returns, we feel you have the right to:

  1. Cancel our program at any time if you're not happy with it…

    No Contracts: The last thing you want to do is get pinned down in a long-term contract. Be wary of any company requiring a locked in term, or one year payment in advance. We believe that you should only use our program — if it delivers results for you. If our program works for you, we don't need a contract… if it doesn't work for you — you don't want a contract. All we ask for is a 30-day notice.

  2. Issue loyalty cards only if you choose to…

    Cards are Optional: Many programs require you to buy loyalty cards because their programs won't work without them. Now, while card costs aren't that big of a deal — costing between 30 cents to $1.00 each… the real issue is that consumers rarely carry them. So when customers show up without their cards, you're forced to log into your loyalty data-base to fetch the customer's card number. With Repeat Returns you simply enter their phone number — and you're done.

    Fact: American Express research reveals that consumers are suffering from "card overload." Consumers actually prefer to use a phone number — instead of carrying a card. That's why most merchants choose our "Go Green" card-less option. This saves you time and money since you're not forced to look up numbers, or pay for cards (that more than 50% of your customers won't carry anyway).

    We do recommend cards for some merchants, but for the most part… card-less is a very popular option. You can of course — choose to add loyalty cards, or "gift cards" at any time. You can even choose your own vendor, or use ours.

  3. Use direct mail only if you choose to…

    Mail is Optional: Many older programs are built around sending expensive piles of mail to your customers. This is too costly for a rewards program and completely obsolete now. And besides, the cost of sending all this mail comes straight out of your pocket. Think twice about going down that path. The expenses quickly mount up as your database grows. And of course, postage increases every year, meaning your costs will just continue to grow. Direct mail costs are one of the top complaints we see when a merchant is switching from an older program to Repeat Returns.

  4. Make it easy to enroll guests in your program…

    No Long-Form Enrollment: Many rewards programs require the customer to fill out a lengthy form. Then, all of that data needs to be re-entered by you into a data-base. It is time consuming and prone to errors. And besides, the same American Express research cited above shows that customers are much more apt to join a rewards program if signing up is quick and easy… and that's what you want — more members.

    That's why our program offers you complete flexibility in how you enroll members. Instead of the 18 fields that most forms require, our "Rapid Enrollment™" allows you to quickly and easily enroll customers with just a first name, email address and phone number. That's it — you're done. And, you can do this easily at the point of sale. And while you can collect more data if you choose to — it is NOT required. This is another reason more and more merchants are switching from direct mail programs (that require lengthy application forms) — to Repeat Returns.

  5. Never pay any transaction fees of any kind, ever… not even on gift cards

    Transaction fees: This is a biggie. Most loyalty programs hit you with "per swipe" transaction fees. So, on top of the monthly fee, you also get charged every time you have a loyalty or gift card transaction.

    I want to be very clear because many merchants find this hard to believe… Repeat Returns has NO TRANSACTION FEES OF ANY KIND. End of story. No transaction fees. No hidden fees. No surprises.
